The Acid Tree
Well this is one tree that holds memories for hundreds. It is located in Oyster Bay NY, and for those of us who have been here, hung out under it’s natural protective arms when it is green, know that this was the best hangout in our teen years. Some of you even left messages, and initials that are still present to this day. And I believe there might even be a time capsule under its magnificent roots. It is mysterious and spooky to some, but to others including myself, it was a safe place to hang out, and enjoy our summer vacation when this was what we could afford to do. Hanging with nature under the Acid tree.
